    • 2 tbsp honey

    This home remedy is taken three times a day, three days a week . You drink the first cup in the morning on an empty stomach.

    You drink the second cup after lunch to aid digestion and help cleanse the body. You drink the third and last cup before going  to bed.

    The drink should be taken warm, but not too hot. The combination of honey, mint and ginger improves the quality of sleep at the same time.

    This drink doesn’t just help with belly fat. It also promotes digestion and general health.

    Ingredients are inexpensive and readily available, but it is important that they are all fresh. Bring all ingredients to the boil briefly in water and then let them steep for 10 minutes. Then fill the infusion into a jug or glass bottle and drink 3 cups a day as described above.
