  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda (30 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of mineral water (30 ml)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 4 drops of olive oil, lavender oil or almond oil

preparation

  • Put baking soda in a bowl and mix slowly with the water until a homogeneous paste is formed.
  • Squeeze the lemon and add the juice.
  • Add the selected oil and stir everything well.

application

  • Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry gently.
  • Then apply the mask with circular movements. Avoid the sensitive eye area.
  • If the face mask stings a bit in the pimples, this is normal.
  • After 20 minutes of action, rinse off with plenty of water.

  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda (30 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of mineral water (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)
  • 4 drops of olive oil, almond oil or lavender oil

preparation

  • Put baking soda in a bowl and mix well with the water.
  • As soon as a homogeneous paste is formed, add the liquid honey.

    application

    • Gently apply the mask to the thoroughly cleansed and dried face.
    • After 15 minutes of action, remove with lukewarm water.

    • Make the chamomile tea as usual and then let it steep.
    • In the meantime, grind the oat flakes with a mortar or stand mixer.

    • Add the chamomile tea and stir everything well.
    • If the mask is too runny, you can add a little more baking soda.

    application
