A functioning pancreas is therefore important in order to avoid diabetes.  You should therefore take care of the pancreas to heart.

Green tea has a strong antioxidant effect and has numerous health-promoting properties.

In a recent study by the science journal  Metabolomics , it was found that daily consumption of green tea promotes pancreatic health and protects against pancreatic cancer.

The active ingredient epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG for short, can prevent the formation of cancer cells in the pancreas.

Obviously this is not a cure, but the chances of developing pancreatic cancer can be reduced with green tea.

Do not doubt it: drink a cup of green tea every day!

For example, this herb is recommended for fatty liver or pancreatitis. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of silymarin can stimulate the growth of liver cells.

Most detox regimens use milk thistle to cleanse the liver and pancreas. To do this, a spoonful of the seeds is scalded with a cup of water. Best taken after meals.

Usually a dose of 450 g per day is recommended, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist. When taking capsules, the amount can be better controlled, but milk thistle tea is also highly recommended.
