2nd recipe:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 spoons of barley miso

In this recipe, the oatmeal is cooked. As soon as the water boils, add the oatmeal and cook for 10 minutes.

Then let it cool down and stir in the miso. Cover the drink with a cloth and let it steep overnight.

Process in a blender or blender the next day. It is recommended to drink this drink cold on an empty stomach.

3rd recipe:

  • 1 spoonful of oatmeal
