That is why it is recommended  to consume organic products,  regardless of whether they are foods made with soy or corn, meat, milk or eggs. You should always pay attention to the packaging description.

Cancer-promoting foods: white sugar

Although white sugar was initially traded as a delicacy, various studies have shown that it acts like poison in the body. Some studies show that white sugar nourishes cancer cells, removes calcium from the organism and acidifies it.

However, it does not provide any beneficial substances. Tumors always develop in an over-acidic environment,  which is promoted, for example, by poor nutrition, stress, bad habits and an excess of pollutants.

In addition, white sugar contributes to the multiplication of parasites and also leads to increased  pancreatic problems and cardiovascular diseases.

All those foods that contain white sugar should be avoided as much as possible:  drinks, pastries, cereals, chocolate, sweets, etc.

  • Stevia

  • Panela (sugar cane molasses)
  • Agave syrup

Refined carbohydrates

Most of the time, you remove valuable fiber from grains  – which is essential for the correct digestion of food,  leaving you with refined carbohydrates that are not very healthy. It is used to produce the following foods:

  • pasta
  • loaf
  • Pastries
  • Cookies
  • dough

Regular (mostly daily) consumption of these foods  can cause colon and breast cancer in the long term. Other effects can include being overweight, over-acidic, poor digestion or constipation.

Whole grain products, on the other hand, promote bowel activity and make you feel full, which is  why they are also ideal for maintaining weight or losing weight.

After looking at the three major food groups that may have cancer-promoting effects if consumed regularly, we would like to conclude with a few general tips:

  • Choose organic foods whenever possible.  Even the so-called natural (not guaranteed) foods usually contain cheap, poor quality ingredients that may be cancerous. In particular, soy, corn and foods made with them should be avoided.
  • Avoid white sugar and sugary foods. It is best to use natural sweeteners.
  • Choose whole grain products that  also contain valuable fiber. It is also recommended to increase the water consumption outside of meals, especially at the beginning of a change in diet, constipation, headaches and other complaints can occur until the organism adapts. Any complaints will soon pass and general health will improve rapidly.
