Avocado and oat milk

This green face mask is ideal for combination skin or dry skin with a tendency to wrinkles and peeling. The avocado is rich in saturated fatty acids, which give the skin shine and elasticity, while the oats soothe and moisturize without being greasy.

We crush a small piece of a very ripe avocado and mix it with a little oat milk until we get a homogeneous paste: a little runny, but without dripping.

Banana and brewer’s yeast

This appetizing mask is suitable  for combination skin or skin with blemishes and pimples, as it provides moisture and at the same time cleanses the skin of black spots, acne, etc.

The ripe banana is rich in potassium, a mineral that prevents wrinkles from appearing.

If you have acne, you should choose the right skin cleansing products. With the banana, only the inner part of the peel may be used to rub the affected area.

Brewer’s yeast cleanses the skin perfectly. You can use  them as a supplement to the face masks. In this way the effects can be intensified and the treatment can be completed.

Clay and yogurt face masks

People who want to prevent wrinkles but have mixed or oily skin can choose this face mask. It regulates the production of sebum without drying it out – thanks to the combination of clay with yoghurt.

Clay is a natural remedy that nourishes the skin with minerals while removing impurities and deeply cleansing. But be careful, sometimes it comes to dryness in less fat areas on the face.

For this reason, this mask is combined with yoghurt instead of water, in this way the skin retains its natural moisture.

You can use green or pink clay for this mask. The most important thing is not to forget that  neither containers nor utensils must be made of plastic or metal, so that the clay does not lose its properties.

Therefore choose material made of crystal, wood, ceramic, etc.

Honey and rice milk

This cute mask is suitable for all skin types. Honey is a natural food with numerous beneficial properties for maintaining health and for skin care. It treats early wrinkles, scars, inflammation, tired or sagging skin, etc.

The rice water reminds us of ancient remedies used by Japanese women who used this grain in various ways to maintain their youthful appearance.

Heat the honey a little in a water bath until it has a runny consistency and then mix it with some rice milk.

Egg white and yolk

This face mask can also be used on all skin types as it is very nutritious but not greasy. It rejuvenates the skin immediately after use.

The yolk nourishes the skin thanks to its healthy fats, while the egg white strengthens the skin and improves its firmness.

You simply whisk a whole egg (or save some of an egg when cooking so as not to waste a whole egg) and use that for the face mask.
