Many women get up in the morning with tired, pale and older looking faces.

After a few hours, as well as through makeup, they can mask and reduce the signs of stress, insomnia, or aging.

Many also resort to sporadic beauty treatments to improve the condition of the skin.

In today’s post you will find 7 simple and natural tips that will help you keep  your face fresh and revitalize your skin in no time.

1. Cold water for a fresh face

Cold water is the cheapest and fastest way to “wake up” your skin in seconds.

Many benefit from it. However, you shouldn’t forget that the colder water you use, the better the effect.

If the eye area in particular is affected by tiredness, it is  advisable to treat the closed eyelids several times with cold water.

2. Self-massage for a fresh face

Not only cold water helps to revitalize the skin and make it glow. A self-massage can also be very effective. This generates heat and promotes blood circulation, which has the same effect as cold water.

This method is particularly helpful for those women  whose facial skin is cold the morning after waking up.

  • You can use a vegetable oil for the massage (coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, wheat germ oil …). Then massage the face for two to three minutes.
  • Then clean the skin with a hot, damp cloth. The skin is then nourished and tightened with moisture.

    3. Rosemary water

Rosemary water is an old beauty secret of many women to keep the skin young and vital.

Rosemary is a medicinal herb that can be used to improve blood circulation. Therefore it works preventively against wrinkles and sagging skin.

You can make a highly concentrated rosemary tea at home that you can store in the refrigerator and apply with a spray bottle every morning.

    4. Exfoliation with coffee and coconut oil

Do you need a big cup of coffee in the morning to wake up? Maybe this is good for your face too.

Caffeine can help activate blood circulation and wake you up,  just as it does when you are drinking the coffee.

You can use the coffee grounds for this practical home remedy. You can use it to make an excellent scrub.

    • Simply mix the coffee grounds with a little coconut oil to make it easier to use and to moisturize the skin at the same time.

    5. Avocado and lemon mask for glowing skin

If your skin needs light and firmness, we recommend trying this green avocado and lemon mask. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fatty acids.

    • You need a piece of a ripe avocado, which you then puree with a fork.
    • Then you add a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix everything well and then the mask is ready.
    • We recommend that you then let this mask work on the skin of your face for at least 3 minutes. Then simply rinse off and apply your usual moisturizer.

    6. Cupping heads for a fresh face

Cupping is an ancient Chinese method that has recently become very popular again. Professional athletes use cupping heads to relieve inflammation and pain.

There are special small suction cups that are used for applications on the face, for example.

    • When used with a little oil to glide over the skin,  you can massage the face deeply in just a few minutes.

However, you should be careful when doing this and use the cups very gently to prevent bruising or marks on your face.

      7. Yogurt and Vitamin C for moisturized skin

If your skin suffers from lack of moisture or you are prone to wrinkles, we recommend a mixture of natural yogurt and vitamin C.

      • Yogurt supplies the skin with moisture, the vitamin C has an exfoliating effect and ensures soft, supple skin. It also promotes collagen production.

With this combination, simply massage the skin for 2 minutes and then let the home remedy work for another 2 minutes before rinsing it off with water.
