Garlic broccoli with mushrooms

This recipe is easy to prepare, can be served as a side dish for poultry and other meat dishes or as a main recipe. Ingredients:

  • 3 sprigs of broccoli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Wash and then cut the broccoli. Then cut the garlic cloves. Then melt the butter in a pan and fry the garlic a little first, then add the broccoli and mushrooms.

Salt and pepper the whole thing and then fry it covered for about 10 minutes. Then let it sear on a lower heat for another 5 minutes, uncovered, until the broccoli is cooked through.

Then serve it warm. A little tip: if you sprinkle this dish with grated Parmesan cheese, you give the food a special touch.

Broccoli, cauliflower and potato pan

This recipe is particularly suitable for cold days, as it is not only served warm, but because it has many vitamins and quenches our hunger. Ingredients for five people:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 5 potatoes

Cut all the vegetables into pieces of the same size. Then fry it in a buttered pan until cooked through. Then add some more flaky butter and fry everything until it has melted.

To refine it, we advise you to sprinkle this delicacy with a little Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and caraway seeds.

Broccoli in chickpea sauce

Although this dish has many ingredients, it is easy to prepare. This recipe is an original idea to bring something else to the table. The nutritional values ​​also transform this plate into a “super plate”. The following ingredients are required:

  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 700 grams of broccoli
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 spoon of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of lemon juice
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 pinch of caraway powder
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Use the hand blender to puree the chickpeas, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, spices and garlic until you have a smooth paste or sauce.

Cook the sliced ​​broccoli sticks; when these are done, mix them with the paste and your dish is ready to serve.

In vinaigrette with cheese and corn

Cook the broccoli for about 10 minutes, then drain it. Mix the vinegar with the olive oil and a little salt and then serve everything with this vinaigrette.

Add the gouda so that it melts. To do this, you can put everything in the preheated oven for a few minutes. Then add the corn at the very end. Enjoy it!

Broccoli pastries

Another of the preparation options is the production of pastries. The following ingredients are necessary:

  • 1 broccoli bushes (use only the bushes)

For the pastry mass:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • A bit of salt
  • Some pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 beaten egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

In a bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, egg yolks, oil, and water; gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the beaten egg white with the sugar.

Form small cakes and then fry them in hot oil until they are golden yellow. After frying, place the pastries on paper towels to remove the remaining oil. Use vegetable oil for deep-frying so that the pastry doesn’t get too greasy.
