  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 cup of oatmeal (105 g)
  • 2 spoons of vanilla extract (20 g)

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 spoons of chia seeds (40 g)

preparation

  • Put the water, cinnamon and vanilla in a small saucepan and bring everything to a boil over a high flame.
  • After the water has boiled once, you can turn down the temperature. Add the oatmeal and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the stove, cover the saucepan, and let sit for another 5 minutes.
  • Then add the honey and the pinch of salt and stir everything well.
