Eliminate slack tissue on arms naturally

Proteins are important nutrients and give both our skin and our muscles their firmness. If we don’t consume enough protein, the tight muscles quickly turn into fatty tissue. Slack tissue doesn’t look nice.

From a certain age, women in particular have  slack tissue  and weak muscles in their arms.

Slack tissue then hangs ugly. Addressing this problem naturally will not only improve the appearance of our arms but also prevent the development of sagging tissues in general.

In this article, discover how you can achieve your goal with a healthy diet and a few simple tricks.

A high protein diet for sagging tissue

Proteins are essential for health, and in our case they help nourish the skin and muscles and give them back their firmness. When we don’t consume enough protein, muscle quickly turns into fat.

It is very important to choose high quality protein that is easy to digest. Excessive consumption of inferior protein is not helpful.

A simple way to keep track of protein consumption is to plan a protein ration per meal.

Poorly digestible protein should be avoided, including red meat, sausage, and high-fat dairy products. Instead we choose from the following alternatives:

  • White meat. Strengthens well and gives firmness.
  • Fish. Oily fish and white fish are very rich in protein. White fish contains a much lower proportion of fat, which is why it is a good alternative for dinner.
  • Egg. The protein-richest part of the egg is the protein, while the yolk contains the most fat
  • Milk and milkproducts. The healthiest and lightest of them are goat cheese and ricotta, the latter especially if it is made from sheep or goat milk.
  • Legumes. Legumes provide us with a good dose of vegetable protein, they are also nutritious and inexpensive. We can cook them with some combi-algae and caraway seeds to make them even more digestible. If we want to enjoy legumes in the evening, it is advisable to puree them and process them into a cream soup. So that we can also absorb the amount of protein we need from the legumes, we should always combine them with a little cereal, for example with whole rice, oats or quinoa.
  • Dried fruits. Healthy and tasty, they are a sensible alternative at any time of the day if you do not eat more than the recommended amount: a handful, as much as fits on the palm of your hand. We do not recommend fried or salted dried fruits.

Clay to detoxify against sagging tissue

If any part of our body has built up fat or excess fluid and the tissues look limp, then there is usually a problem with the drainage of toxins as well.

In order to eliminate these toxins in the simplest possible way, i.e. through the pores of the skin, and at the same time to tighten the skin, we recommend the use of clay at least once a week.

  1.  We mix the clay with the necessary amount of water until a spreadable, non-dripping cream is formed.
  2. We apply this mixture to the problem areas of the arms and let it work until it dries.
  3. Now let’s rinse the arms with lukewarm water, dry them well and finally hydrate them with moisturizer.

Hydration for firm skin

This is a fundamental step towards firmer skin. We often forget to include our arms in our daily skin care routine. Only when we see signs of slack tissue do we remember them.

It is not necessary to use expensive creams. A natural moisturizing lotion that provides the skin with everything it needs, it also hydrates the arms very well.

We can use almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil for this.

exercise

So that the muscles become a little tighter, we have to work with them, as they are receded when not in use.

We don’t need dumbbells for this – there are many items in the household that weigh a little more and that we can use to strengthen the arm muscles. The arms are moved in all directions.

Devote 5 to 10 minutes of your time daily to building up the arm muscles and within a short time you will see that the muscles become tighter.

Cold water pouring

Cold water invigorates and firms, as it immediately stimulates the local blood circulation.

  • Don’t shower yourself with very warm water.
  • At the end, always shower yourself with cold water, making sure that the arms are showered with cold water.
  • Take alternating baths of cold and warm water.
  • Occasionally moisten your arms with cold water during the day, too.

With these simple measures you can increase the tone of your arms in less time and at the same time achieve immediate tightening effects.
