Potent Natural Remedy: Honey And Turmeric!

Effective natural remedy for inflammation with only two ingredients

Potent natural remedy: honey and turmeric!

Some claim that the natural remedy made from the combination of these two ingredients is more potent than antibiotics. That is nonsense of course, but it is still effective – and only with two such simple ingredients!

Natural remedies instead of antibiotics?

Natural remedies can never completely replace antibiotics – but complement them very sensibly!

With the invention of antibiotics, mortality fell many times over, so that they should generally be viewed positively.

In some cases, a negative attitude towards antibiotics is even life-threatening! So use our natural remedies made from honey and turmeric only to support medical therapy!

Antibiotics are agents that are effective against bacteria. It is important to know that antibiotics are completely ineffective against viruses.

Anyone who uses them against a cold or a gastrointestinal virus is acting irresponsibly and may damage his health more than he thinks!

There are different antibiotics that work well or less well with different bacteria. Only your doctor knows which antibiotic will help with which bacterial infections.

Never take antibiotics without medical advice and always ask according to the prescription and for exactly as long as the doctor has prescribed for you.

infection

Antibiotics everywhere …

In recent years, more and more bacterial strains have been reported that have become resistant to antibiotics.

Natural evolution means that these bacteria cannot be affected by any antibiotics, or only very few, and that they cannot be killed despite massive use. Because antibiotics are no longer effective, patients are at the mercy of such pathogens – even death.

How do these germs arise?

  • By taking antibiotics incorrectly, for example if you do not take the antibiotic for as long as your doctor has prescribed.
  • By prescribing antibiotics too often . Often because patients ask the doctor to do it.
  • Through factory farming and cheap meat. Did you know that (almost) all animals whose meat you eat regularly have antibiotics mixed into their feed, so as not to die from infectious diseases caused by factory farming before they are ready for slaughter? If your piece of meat (whether poultry, fish or red meat) comes from factory farming, there will always be residues of antibiotics in it that you ingest with your food. So resistance can build up in your body and it can damage your intestinal flora.
  • Through groundwater / drinking water. If liquid manure and manure from factory farming are applied to the fields, antibiotic residues are washed out of the animal excrement into the groundwater – and then ultimately end up on your table as drinking water from the tap.

So before you ask your doctor for antibiotics immediately for the next cough, inflammation or other inflammatory complaint, try out whether this natural remedy might also help you:

turmeric

Natural remedies made from honey and turmeric

You only need two ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen cupboard: honey and turmeric.

Turmeric, a rather uncommon spice in Germany, has an anti-inflammatory effect. It is also called turmeric or mistakenly saffron root. You usually get it ground as an exotic spice.

Turmeric gives food an intense yellow color and is much cheaper than saffron. The taste is mildly spicy, which is why you can use it generously for seasoning. The anti-inflammatory effects in knee arthritis have even been confirmed by studies.

Honey, the tasty product of the busy bees, is considered a cure-all in naturopathy. In fact, it has been proven that honey helps with inflammatory skin diseases, as the sweet glue has antibacterial properties like a gentle antibiotic.

Honey also helps to heal injuries more quickly, so that there are even some skin creams on the market that make use of this property.

Turmeric honey

recipe

Our recipe can be used as the basis for many delicious drinks and shakes or to season desserts and vegetables. Due to the high sugar content of the honey, you can keep it in the refrigerator for several days until you stir it fresh again.

We assure you: your supply will not last that long, it also tastes far too delicious! You only need these two ingredients:

  • 100g honey
  • 20g turmeric, dried & finely ground

Liquid honey is more suitable for this recipe than creamy honey because the powdered ingredients are easier to stir in it. Mix all ingredients well together until all the lumps have disappeared and an intense orange-yellow mass has formed.

You can eat it spoon by spoon or use it to refine food and drinks. There should be at least one tablespoon per day!
